Case study: Chronic headaches, elevated liver lab panel.
August 23, 2021 a 63 year old female patient came in with chronic headaches and pain in her right side of the abdomen.
She was examined and treated by her medical doctor.
Latest labs showed elevated liver enzymes.
Among other symptoms were:
fatigue, decreased appetite and weight loss, irritability, sensitivity to different perfumes or distinct smell with nausea and vomiting.
First initial evaluation and Acupuncture session took place on August 24, 2021.
We scheduled acupuncture treatments once a week. Personalized herbal medicinal tea was prepared for the patient.
Overall patient had 6 Acupuncture sessions and 2 months of herbal medicinal tea.
Today, October 25, 2021 a patient brought new lab results showing normal liver enzymes in the lab. Headaches and pain were resolved during that time.
